What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is among one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Think of it like a guided relaxation or meditation. Yoga nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health.
This is a live recording, that Susan delivered to a group of yogis in a special class - flowing with the energy and creativity of the session (i.e. not a scripted delivery)
Note: there may be some occasional gentle background noise as this is from a workshop and not recorded in a studio. This does not distract from the essence of the nidra.
Before listening to the Yoga Nidra recording please get really comfortable lying on your back or side, using blankets and cushions so that the body can rest in stillness.
