This Yoga Nidra was delivered in a special Yoga Nidra Workshop in January 2018. This Nidra was specially crafted to listen to in the evening, to help to rest and relax the mind and focus on joy. This is a beautifully re-energising Yoga Nidra. I recommend listening to this in the evening as it refers to a night sky and the 'evening' in the wording.
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is among one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Think of it like a guided relaxation or meditation. Yoga nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health.
This is a live recording, that Susan delivered to a group of around ten yogis - flowing with the energy and creativity of the session (i.e. not a scripted delivery)

Before listening to the Nidra please get really comfortable lying on your back or side, using blankets and cushions so that the body can rest in stillness.
