This Yoga Nidra guided meditation was delivered in a special workshop in February 2018 by Susan. This Nidra is a restful and relaxing recording that includes a 'Chakra Shower' - a visualisation working through the chakras to balance and bring peace.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is among one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Think of it like a guided relaxation or meditation. Yoga nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health. It is usually practiced lying down in a position such as savasana (corpse pose) with the eyes closed, either with a yoga teacher guiding you through or listening to a recording.
This is a live recording, that Susan delivered to a group yogis - flowing with the energy and creativity of the session (i.e. not a scripted delivery).
Note: there may be some occasional gentle background noise as this is from a workshop and not recorded in a studio. This does not distract from the essence of the nidra.
How to Use this Recording
Before listening to the recoding of the Yoga Nidra, please get really comfortable lying on your back or side, using blankets and cushions so that the body can rest in stillness. Once you are completely comfortable, press play, close your eyes and enjoy. The recording has an instruction to wake up at the end.
