This Yoga Nidra was delivered in a special Yoga Nidra Workshop in October 2017. This yoga nidra is designed to help you relax and rest and find a little balance.
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is among one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Think of it like a guided relaxation or meditation. Yoga nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health.
This is a live recording, that Susan delivered to a group of around 10 yogi's - flowing with the energy and creativity of the session (i.e. not a scripted delivery)
Note: there may be some occasional gentle background noise and incidental noise from yogi's in the session.
Before listening to the Nidra please get really comfortable lying on your back or side, using blankets and cushions so that the body can rest in stillness.
