ONLINE AND IN-PERSON YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Yoga is a great way to nurture your body when pregnant. It strengthens and prepares the body for birth while also stretching the tight muscles often associated with pregnancy. Yoga also helps expectant mothers connect with their breath, an important part of managing labour as well as learning to relax and connect with their unborn baby.

The classes I teach for expectant mothers consist of a relaxing flow of postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra) to help calm the mind and relax the body.

I teach online courses as well as group pregnancy yoga classes in Woking.

Yoga is a great way to nurture your body when pregnant. This class includes breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, gentle movements and stretches as well as a nurturing guided relaxation. The perfect class for expectant mamas.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Blanket and cushion are recommended to get comfy.
